Family with children should check this out
The staff was friendly, were great too. One of the guys there, he even helped us with local tips and made sure we had a late check-out so the kids could swim a little longer, great after the craziness of the day.
It wasn't exactly pocket change, but it was fine for the level of service we received.

The whole experience was such great from start to finish, recommend. The hotel offered a satisfactory breakfast with fruit, marmalades. All the staff was very good and honest, tackled my issues. The venue took care of the exceptional service. Also, location was great and super, not very far from Jardin Majorelle Garden.

Couples retreat with charm
The breakfast was fresh! Had a variety of options, including a special coffee I never expected. We were greeted with Moroccan tea and biscuits upon arrival. The room was exactly how photographed and very clean. Plus, the location was surrounded by little shops making it easy to grab water and snacks.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but well worth it for the service and experience.

The staff was very kind, many falicilities available. The Riad was clean and beautifully decorated with the owner's taste and charm.
It's situated a bit far from Djemaa el Fna. The Riad sais that the parking was free and it was free, but in fact they did not have their own parking space so we had to park our car in front of the hotel door on the street, about which I felt relatively insecure

staff very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The cook has done everything to please and was open to suggestions. Handy for new town and Medina with easy access to taxis.
Staff should promote the services and facilities available more.

The Riad was beautiful, with charming decor that really captured the Moroccan essence. The staff was attentive, and. Breakfast was good every morning, keeping us energized for our adventures in Marrakesh.
In my wife's opinion, the stairs could be a challenge for families with children.

Nice sun terrace, some of the staff were very friendly, rooms were nicely decorated
Advert on Booked.net suggests that services such as jacuzzi and hamman are available for guests to use. However, for the majority of our stay the jacuzzi was broken, there are extortionate charges for hamman and spa facilities. The air conditioner in our room did not work properly, the door to the bathroom didn't close and the credit card machine didn't work. Generally felt the whole place was a bit shabby and a massive rip off. Also impossible to find the place.

The Riad is lovely, the rooms are a bit small but confortable, with everything we need, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very attencious and caring, even when the language barrier makes it difficult to communicate. Very hospitable atmosphere, would definitely recomend! And an advice for future customers, contact the riad before arriving to provide a taxi to bring you from the airport to avoid the 'inflated' prices of the taxi drivers and a bad first impression of the city!

Arriving late, the first impression was a dusty alley in the old city, but stepping inside revealed a beautifully authentic retreat. The staff offered an really good level of service, genuinely engaging with guests and enhancing the experience. The breakfast, while leaning towards sweetness, showcased a good variety, including freshly prepared salads. Accessing the location requires a quick walk from a taxi drop-off point, which could be inconvenient in the sweltering heat.

Location was very good: not too close to the Grand Place (it's very noisy and crowded), but also not too far, so we didn't need to get a taxi. Everything else about it was also great: it was cool, clean, comfortable, beautiful and stuff was very hospitable.
Everything was just great. In fact our Riad was the best place I liked in town :P

The meals provided by the lady chef were excellent.
The Riad was a little tired in look and working facilities. Nice but lacking in ambience.
